I see you.

And I can sense there's a part of you that already knows.

Knows you're here for more. Knows your gifts are real. Even if you don't fully trust it all yet.

I'm here to help you hear those inner knowings more clearly — and have the courage to live from that alignment.

I'm Jen Gens — Soul Purpose Guide, Breathwork Facilitator, and your personal Spiritual Hype Queen.

I work with awakening, heart-centered souls who are done second-guessing themselves and ready to trust their gifts, claim their purpose, and actually live the life they came here to live.

If that's you — you're in the right place.

I've been in this work for over a decade — and studying psychology, energy medicine, and human transformation for over 20 years.

My work draws from somatic healing, Jungian shadow work, neural pathway rewiring, breathwork facilitation, spiritual guidance, and energy medicine — woven together into a methodology that works at every level: mind, body, and soul.

I hold certifications in trauma-informed holistic coaching, yoga and meditation, Ceremonial Breathwork, and somatic healing — alongside a degree in Interpersonal Communications from Boston College and a post-graduate background in psychology.

My approach isn't just built from theory. It's forged from personal experience and real work with real people.

Life has had some pretty big initiations, and I've learned to trust in God's process — because every experience has been the medicine that brought me home to my purpose.

And if life is initiating you too — calling you into something more — I got you.

— Here’s more of my story, if you’re interested —

It took some time to get here because for so long I didn’t know how to receive aligned support.

After college I felt completely lost. Caught in a vicious cycle of perfectionism, people pleasing, and comparison — constantly trying to prove my worth to everyone around me. I took jobs that didn't fulfill me. I numbed. I kept outsourcing my inner knowing — to friends, to family, to anyone who might tell me what to do next.

"You'll figure it out . . . Just follow your passions"

But I was stuck. And even when I found the yogic path — certifications, coaching degrees, years of study — it still didn't feel like enough. So I decided to follow my parents' footsteps toward med school.
Become who I thought I was supposed to be.

But God had different plans.

I had taken up mountain biking six months prior — and being a lifelong athlete and former Division I competitor, I'd moved to intermediate terrain fast.

There I was on the side of a sunny mountain in July — legs shaking, exhausted, going way too fast down steep jagged rocks, just wanting it to be over. My intuition flashed me a vision of easy rolling hills. I ignored it.

I caught too much air over a jump I didn't mean to fly.

Hours later I woke up in an ICU with my whole world turned upside down.

In the doctor's words, I was "lucky to be walking. Lucky to be alive."

A broken neck. Seven broken vertebrae. Five broken ribs. A severely broken clavicle — now a steel plate with 11 screws. Plus a traumatic brain injury.

I spent six weeks staring at the ceiling and couldn't shower myself for six months. Everything that had defined me was gone — med school, my athletic identity, my adventures, my creative outlets.

And then I devastatingly lost some of the most important relationships in my life.

I was having a dark night of the soul on the floor one night —

Full moon outside my window, light bouncing off the snow. Still in my neck brace. Wearing all white. Sobbing, back against the wall, journaling into the darkness.

I felt like I had nothing left . . . and wondered if I even mattered.

I begged: Please. Help me understand. Give me a sign.

In an instant — a white crane made of bright light appeared before me in the darkness. A wave of calm moved through me like the eye of a storm — centered, grounded, full of grace. And I felt it, in my whole being, like a transmission:

Trust in your resilience. Don't give up. Find the gift in these lessons and share it with others. Trust in Spirit. Find gratitude for how beautiful life can be.

I didn't know it then — but that moment was preparing me for what was coming next.

Within a few days of seeing the white crane, my mother tragically fell from a second story balcony and became a quadriplegic.

I gave away everything I owned and flew across the country — still in my neck brace — to be by her side. I didn't think twice.  I was being clearly guided.

Something had shifted in me.

The crane had given me medicine I didn't yet know I needed.

Every morning without fail I meditated for an hour — medicine to remain calm. Centered. Energetically clear. I asked for help when I needed it. I held firm boundaries when I had to.

I showed up with my whole self (and for myself first) — because only one thing mattered, and that was showing up in integrity with love for love.

Those 17 months healed something between us I never expected to be healed.

And then, with great honor, I watched her soul leave her body — transitioning through a portal of white light.

It was the most sacred thing I have ever witnessed.

In the aftermath, something became undeniably clear: I didn't need to become a doctor to help people heal. I had just received my PhD in life.

I had found the confidence to finally get my LLC that year — even though I had been a certified coach, yoga teacher, and guide for many years.

Spiritually, I had grown into something more. My inner listening had deepened. My trust in my own gifts of seeing, knowing, and feeling had become unshakeable.

I devoted myself to building something real — truly trusting in God's process, because I had witnessed firsthand the incredible gifts that can be born from the hardest times.

I wove together everything I had studied and everything I had lived. Meditation. Yoga and Ayurveda. Energy medicine. Somatic healing. Jungian shadow work. Neural pathway rewiring. Breathwork. Sound. Dance. Forgiveness. Devotion. God.

I've turned my deepest pain into my greatest power — and am constantly reminded that life is abundantly, wildly beautiful when we are willing to slow down and witness.

I am the Woman my younger self always longed for — and my practice has grown along with my confidence.

I've built a life on my own terms — nomadic, adventurous, free, creative, and grounded — working with awakening souls across the world.

I truly feel embodied in my purpose and rested into my power — in integrity with my higher self, with my soul.

And I know — because I can see in the dark — that you can find your way home too.
