As a Yoga Teacher, I appreciate the interwoven, multidimensional system of Yoga as therapy.
I’ll teach you one-on-one, the art of yoga.
We will work together to design a yoga practice that is right for you and your needs. I will teach you tools that I personally use on a daily basis including asana (postures), meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), ergonomical movements, yoga therapy and myofascial tools to help you gain strength with more ease and prevent injury throughout your day.
We will also work with the yoga chakra system to access energetic information and design a program that brings balance to whatever your needs are emotionally and physically, in order to get clearer in your body, mind, and soul.
These one-on-one Yoga sessions are open to anyone. They are especially great compliments to coaching sessions as we unravel information about where to soften and let go, and where to strengthen and build more confident power.
